Brand film and TVC / Singapore
Brand film and TVC production in Singapore.
TVCs, brand films and launch films, with a director’s treatment before anything is booked.
made in singapore. since 2016.We produce brand films and TVCs for brands that want the film to feel considered, not assembled. Treatment, casting, locations, the shoot, the edit, colour and sound all sit with one team in Singapore, led by a director and a producer who stay on the job from the first call to the final master.
Recent work includes the Amberwood launch film for Sim Lian Group, a seasonal brand film for Paragon and a Diamond2 brand film shot across Paris.
Why the treatment comes first
A film is mostly decided before the camera rolls. The treatment fixes the story, the look, the cast and the places, and the budget follows from it line by line. Changing your mind at treatment stage costs a conversation. Changing it on set costs a day.
So we spend the first week or two there, with the director who will shoot the film writing it. You see references, frames and casting direction alongside a budget that shows what each choice costs. By the pre-production meeting there should be nothing left to settle but details.
For TVCs we plan the cutdowns at the same time as the hero spot. A six-second edit is not a shorter thirty. It needs its own shot, and that shot is far cheaper to get on the day than to fake in the edit.
Who this is for
A good fit
- Property, retail and lifestyle brands launching something on a fixed date.
- Brands that need one hero film plus the cutdowns for TV, cinema, YouTube and social.
- Agencies with a script who need a production partner with a director attached.
- Teams who want to see a treatment before they commit a budget.
Probably not us
- Corporate explainers and talking-head interviews at volume.
- Animation or motion-graphics-only projects.
- Live event coverage.
What we make
TVCs
Spots cut to the durations your media plan buys, delivered to broadcast and cinema spec.
Brand films
Longer films that give people a reason to remember the brand, not just the offer.
Launch films
Property, product and retail launches, scheduled backwards from the launch date.
Narrative and short films
Story-led work with real performances, cast properly.
Cutdowns and versions
Every duration and aspect ratio the plan calls for, from the same shoot.
Finishing
Edit, colour grade, sound design and mix, with versions for every platform.
How a job runs
- 01
Treatment
Week 1 to 2
A director’s treatment: the story, the look, references, casting direction and a line-by-line budget. This is where the film is decided.
- 02
Pre-production
2 to 3 weeks
Casting, locations, wardrobe, art department, permits and the schedule, run by one producer.
- 03
Pre-production meeting
One session
You sign off cast, wardrobe, locations, the shot list and the schedule. Nothing is decided on set that could have been decided here.
- 04
Shoot
1 to 3 days
A senior crew with the director you met behind the monitor and the producer you met running the floor.
- 05
Post and delivery
3 to 4 weeks
Offline, your notes, online, grade and mix, then masters and every cutdown.
Plan on eight to ten weeks from signed treatment to final master for a TVC with several cutdowns. A single brand film can move faster.
Selected work
Sim Lian Group / 2026Amberwood Launch Film
A launch TVC built on a feeling rather than a floor plan: a mother and daughter, an unhurried morning in Holland, and a neighbourhood that speaks for itself.
- Diamond2 / 2025
Real Diamonds, For Everyone
A brand film shot across Paris, following three couples at three moments in love: a proposal, a wedding and a renewal of vows. Directed by Zhang Minhua, with colour by No.8 London.
- Paragon / 2025
The Shape of Luxury
A seasonal brand film for Paragon’s autumn and winter campaign, built around the textures and silhouettes of the season.
Questions we get asked
- How much does a brand film or TVC cost in Singapore?
- Brand films and campaigns typically start from S$15K. The final number depends on cast, locations, shoot days and how many versions the media plan needs, and each of those is its own line in the budget.
- How long does a TVC take to produce?
- Two to three weeks of pre-production, one to three shoot days, then three to four weeks of post. With a treatment stage at the front, most TVCs take eight to ten weeks end to end.
- What is the difference between a brand film and a TVC?
- A TVC is built for a paid media slot and has to land its point in seconds. A brand film has more room and is made to be chosen: on the brand’s own channels, in store or at a launch. Many of our jobs produce both from the same shoot.
- Do you write the script, or do we?
- Either. We can develop the idea and script from your brief, or produce a script your agency has already written. Either way you see a director’s treatment before anything is booked.
- Do you handle talent and usage rights?
- Yes. Talent bookings and usage terms are arranged by our producers and listed in the budget, so you know what you own, where and for how long.
