Telescope Studios Pte Ltd is a boutique creative agency and production house based in Singapore. Our registered address is 50 MacPherson Road, #07-01, Singapore 348471. We collect personal data that you provide to us, and some that is generated automatically:

• Enquiry details you give us (your name, email, phone number, company, and the content of your message) through our contact form, the brief questionnaire, or when you message us by email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
• Studio booking details (name, company, UEN, billing address, phone, and booking specifics) when you request a studio booking.
• Message content and history across the channels you use to reach us (email, WhatsApp, Instagram Direct), so our team can read and respond to you from a shared inbox.
• Website usage data (pages viewed, device and browser information, and similar analytics) collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and analytics”).
• Referral and advertising identifiers, such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers, when you arrive from an advertisement or a shared link, so we can understand how you found us.

• To respond to your enquiries, prepare quotes, and communicate with you about a project or booking.
• To provide our services, manage studio bookings, and issue invoices.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• To measure the effectiveness of our website and marketing, only where you have given the necessary consent.
• To comply with our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and the Meta Pixel to understand how our site is used and to measure marketing performance. These run under Google Consent Mode v2: non-essential and advertising cookies are not set until consent is given where consent is required. Visitors in the EU and UK are shown a consent banner and can accept or decline; you can withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or contacting us. Essential cookies needed for the site to function are always active. When you send us an enquiry, we may also report that enquiry to these platforms server-side, as a hashed email or phone number together with the ad-click identifiers already described, so we can measure which campaigns lead to real enquiries. The same consent rules apply: if you have declined advertising tracking, your enquiry is not shared with advertising platforms.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or by email, we and our messaging providers process your messages so our team can read and reply. WhatsApp and Instagram messaging are provided by Meta Platforms; your use of those services is also governed by Meta’s own privacy policy. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and manage our relationship with you.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, including:

• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• Meta Platforms: WhatsApp Business and Instagram messaging.
• Google: website analytics and advertising measurement.
• Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
• Sanity: website content management.
• Xero: invoicing and accounting for bookings.
• Our internal operations platform, used by our team to manage enquiries, bookings, and projects.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Some of our service providers are located outside Singapore (for example, in the United States or the European Union). Where we transfer your personal data overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, including through contractual safeguards.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by law (for example, accounting records). Marketing and advertising identifiers are retained only for the period they are useful for measurement, after which they are deleted.

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@telescope.sg. We will respond within a reasonable time. Note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide certain services to you.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure, and we store sensitive credentials in encrypted form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to address any incident responsibly.

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
